Please provide visual references. Text only commissions are subject to up-charge and will have less revisions at base price.

Extremely detailed designs are subject to up-charge.

Designs that I have to draw from scratch are also subject to up-charge.

Backgrounds are left transparent, but can be included for an additional fee.

You can order a priority commission to have the commission finished by a deadline. The priority fee is 50% of the base price.

Will not draw: Gore, sensitive content, or extreme fetishes.

The Digimon art style can be inconsistent, as I've noticed that most of the Digimon aren't drawn by the same artist. If you have a specific art style you want from Bandai (e.g., 90's Bandai style or 2000's Bandai style), feel free to tell me what you are looking for.

I will not offer refunds unless I am physically unable to finish your piece.

I will not respond to people who message me with one-liner words like 'hi' or messages asking for favors, solicitations, or anything similar that seems too suspicious. Please communicate what you would like clearly.

I generally work very fast but it may take me up to three months to finish a commission once I start it depending on the complexity of the order, my schedule, and any complicating circumstances—you will be informed of any such circumstances.

Priority commissions will, however, be completed within the agreed time-frame assuming no large complications arise.

You cannot claim any of my designs or artworks as your own. Please source it whenever possible. It's absolutely forbidden to use my artwork for any sort of AI or NFT purpose.

I have a right to decline any request for any reason.

I reserve the right to use commissioned images in my portfolio and post it on my social media unless explicitly negotiated otherwise.

Designs that I have to draw from scratch or with minimal references are subject to a price increase.

Please keep in mind that my art is frequently evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.

It is your responsibility to save the commission files within a week of receiving the final files. In case you’re unable to do so, please inform me as soon as possible.

I do not accept commissions from individuals with suspicious accounts, such as those with private settings, no profile picture, no posts, or evidently fake names/usernames.

Once you have sent payment for the invoice, please let me know that it has been sent because I want to make sure that it's from the correct client and PayPal often does a poor job of notifying me that I have received anything.

If I do not receive a response from the client after sending a WIP within approximately 24 hours, I will most likely shift my focus onto another commission as I cannot always wait for the client to respond to make progress. As a result, that will shift priorities to another client until completion or time is allocated to go back to another client.

I apologize if this is inconvenient but it is difficult to constantly swap between clients with varying response times.

Payments are only accepted via PayPal.

An invoice will be sent upon agreement to the price of the commission.

All payments are paid upfront.

Upon payment, you will be put on the wait-list.

All the information that can be found on my Guidelines and Terms of Service are also applied to my Digimon commissions.

Mecha characters/elements are subject to price increases for complexity upon evaluation of the designs.

All prices are set for the expected amount of detail per evolution category. Designs that are more detailed than the evolution category are also subject to price increase, among other potential factors such as complex color alts and frequent edits during its progression.

Digimons that I will have to design from scratch (such as having minimal-to-no references and a lot of edits to client satisfaction) is potentially subject up to a 50% increase in price. It will also take considerably more time to progress and complete than a normal commission.
